Construction Project

Dear Pirate Parents:

On Monday May 20, 2024, Glendale Elementary will begin the construction for our Seismic Rehabilitation. This is a 2.5-million-dollar project that we hope to complete in one summer. It will include a redesign of our entry as well as structural changes to our building from the office to the gym.

For the remainder of the year will impact:

      1. Parent parking - on 1st street - by the Gym

      2. Parking / Drop off and pick up - as our only available parking will be in the main lot for staff and families.

Construction will be limited to non- student areas as we finish the year - but students will see a lot going on ... and want you all in the loop of what is happing.

As we end the year -

If parents need information or anything from the Office at the elementary - starting June 15th - we will be located at the High School Office

Fall registration will be at the High School - August 7th and 8th - We will be having a Medical Van for Fall Physicals at registration.

The last day of school will be on June 13th - Students will be released at 12:45 from the elementary. It is field day so make sure student have sunscreen and extra water bottle. They will be getting a little wet and may get dirty so outfits should be comfortable and able to get dirty.

Promotion will be on June 11, 2024 - on the following schedule in the Gym

      Pre K   10:45 AM

      KG     2:00 PM -

      5th    6:00 PM - Students limited to 4 Guests - dinner will be provided
